The 11th mid-term management plan starts from Jan 2021. In the mid-term principle (Taiko), the target that to be World’s No.1 non-woven/ absorption products company in 2030 has been shared. In line with the principle, Unicharm Group philosophy system was re-aligned. I would like each member to understand the philosophy system first and be sympathized with it.
